Meditation Experiences

Hi, everyone. Thea suggested I might post this in our forum, so here I am.

I recently ran across something I created awhile ago and thought I would share it with you.

Thea may also post this in our other designated meditation area, but I’m putting it here in the discussion area as well. Please feel free to use it as you see fit.

It’s a short 4-minute meditation on becoming silent.

I’m including two versions of the text as well, in case people want to follow along with the audio and/or amend it to use for themselves. I’m uploading a Microsoft Word document, as well as a “*.pdf” file in case someone doesn’t have Microsoft installed on their computer.

How did your meditation routine for January 2024 go?

To be honest, I did not meditate every day - pretty lame since this project was my idea! But I did find myself becoming much more mindful of taking time just for myself and I did do a lot of really good stuff for myself during a time when Steve and I had to say goodbye to our dear fur baby, Miss. Coco, our amazing toy poodle.

So as we begin the second month of what most likely will be a wildly crazy, exciting, revealing year, I'll continue to put my meditation practice at the forefront of my daily activities.

Well, that didn't take long.

Sweet Coco appeared in my meditation this morning.

Clearly, she is hanging out in a field of beautiful flowers, described in the latest Equinoxx meditation. I highly recommend this beautiful, guided meditation shared with us at the last channeling.
