Healing Pool

I so appreciate the loving energy shared by our Circle. And we have had so many people we've splashed in our Healing Pool. I just talked with my dad, Rod, who has been in the VA's rehab unit for many weeks to recover from having his toes amputated (from diabetes complications). Sure enough, he is now COVID positive, a test result he received yesterday. He sounds pretty good which is great since he is elderly, has a long history of health issues, is not vaccinated (his choice despite pleas from his extended family), and is now refusing the anti-viral recommendation because he believes he is more likely to die from that treatment than the virus.

Just wanted to share my news with this loving, supportive group. I'll light a candle for my dad tonight, sending him energy for him to use for his highest and best. But I won't sugar coat it, it's tough.

Over the weekend two extended family members died; my aunt (by marriage - but she's my aunt!) and Steve's uncle. But this weekend we will celebrate the marriage of a wonderful young couple our family has known since they were in middle school. And yep - we'll all be wearing masks, doing as EQ told us at the last channeling - taking all the precautions we know to take. We could choose to stay home, but at this point, we have decided we will reconnect and do our best to stay safe (and there will be a lot of "shielding" going on from me!).
