Boy does this hits home, last night Dallas called me and told me that she was diagnosed with re.arthritis,and lupus,then I got worrying about her,then my mind gose all over the place, them I start to breathe and do the 1-4 count to get my mind thinking straight sending out white light of healing to her and me. This was all after I talked to her. So putting your thoughts in order, and getting rid of junk in your mind is important so I'm working on that to.
