Boy does this hits home, last night Dallas called me and told me that she was diagnosed with re.arthritis,and lupus,then I got worrying about her,then my mind gose all over the place, them I start to breathe and do the 1-4 count to get my mind thinking straight sending out white light of healing to her and me. This was all after I talked to her. So putting your thoughts in order, and getting rid of junk in your mind is important so I'm working on that to. Could you please put Dallas in the healing pool for me, thank you and the circle group 💜🦊🌹🌹🌷🌻💖🙏🙏🙏💖

I'm in yesterday I worked on 2. The first one was to get my blood pressure down. I woke up with a headace and I know it was my blood pressure headace I took my pressure 189/88 so I did the breathing 1-4and hold and claiming me to relaxed and breathe slow in and out about 15 min. I took my pressure again 130/75 So it does work. I feel better today. So keep at it I am working at it to. 💖🙏💖🌷🌺🌻🌹
