I just finished watching Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind, a ufo documentary by Dr. Steven Greer. It was a follow up to one I saw a few years ago called Unacknowledged. In this one they talked about how to establish intention contact with aliens and what their experiences were like. It was really good and seemed very credible.
