Spirit Guides

Christine and her Guides have asked me to share some important information to all of us...

"Please remember that Mercury Retrograde is upon us which means clear communication is essential and is why we want to share the following message:

When you start the communication with your Guides, please CLEANSE your energy thoroughly and then say out loud 3 times:

'I call in my Spiritual Guides and ONLY my Spiritual Guides.'

Then, inhale and ask, Guides, are you now here with me?

On the exhale, you will get a nod or chills, or whatever way they answer you. They suggest using the yes/ no, nod head/ shake head movements when new to doing this. When they've let you know they're with you, then say out loud: 'Guides, ask any other souls around us, to leave us now.'

Then clarify with them in this way: ask a yes/ no question with the inhale/ exhale method. Inhale when asking, exhale to get your answer. You may get a nod or a head shake before even exhaling! 

CLARIFY this way: Are all other souls now gone?

If the answer is YES, proceed with your communication.

If NO, or you're not sure what they answered, ask again until you get a clear YES. 

If still not getting a clear YES, begin the process again from the start by giving the Guides your instructions (as suggested at the beginning of this communication) until you get a clear CONFIRMATION  that ONLY they are present with you.
