Day 3 of 31 Days Straight...Let's Meditate!

When you have an unexpected, upsetting thing happen does that throw you off when it comes to meditation? I can go two ways in such a case - I'll immediately meditate and look for comfort, solutions, insight, or I'll think, "Heck no I don't feel like sitting still and meditating! I should go do ten other things!"


Today I took the second route...I know. But it's not bedtime yet and I feel a shift in my attitude...
