Day 11 of 31 Days Straight...Let's Meditate
OH how I was shown this morning the power of taking time to listen and receive and that the messages can come in many different ways. For me, I've found that it works better if I expand my definition of "meditation" to include journaling that slides into automatic writing. Just a few minutes, really, and my perspective has shifted in such a beautiful, vibe-lifting way.
For me, I feel like I'm meditating when I chop vegetables, take a walk in the desert, pet my dog and cat, draw energy cards for myself, and here's a weird one - clean my house!
But of course, the biggest messages and shifts happen when I sit in stillness, eyes closed.

Hey Thea,
I agree that "chores of life" are meditative because we are mindful of what we are doing and send loving attention toward it.
But sitting still can bring a more focused intention to the mindfulness that benifits the mind, body and spirit...especially the biggest messages are received.
Love and light, Pam
