HOW DID THE 21-DAY MEDITATION EXPERIENCE GO FOR YOU?
While I missed a few days - boy, did I get in the groove of a lot of practices! I found myself looking forward to how I would feel after meditating. And I was reminded how many ways I connect. I dove back into journaling (After lots and lots of journaling after my mother's transition in August, I had stepped away.), found myself engaging with my pendulum on some big questions, did a bunch of card readings (Thanks Daniel for the information about the "Easy Tarot" card set: https://tinyurl.com/39basrds ) and got my hands back into the dirt putting in my garden! Pam - you inspired me with your story about how meditation has changed your life. I have personally seen and felt it in you. Thank you for sharing your voice with us!

Sharing this with my husband who has started a meditation practice and sitting for 10 minutes is very difficult.
