DAY 3 of our 21-Day Meditation Experience!
I am not great at falling asleep. I have been getting better, but there have been many nights in my life when it has taken A LONG time for sleep to come (in fact, Christine - West Coast time, 2 hours earlier - busted me the other night when I was scrolling Facebook at 2 am. It was actually nice to be told to go to sleep by someone who cares!) Last night I did the breathing exercise Pam taught us...DANG! I was asleep in minutes! THANK YOU, PAM! :)
