Healing Pool

Today is Wed., 9/13/2023.

Last Friday, 9/8/2023, was exactly 3 months since my total reverse right shoulder replacement.

I had an appointment with my surgeon's P.A., who did a brief exam, including some range of motion observations.

She told me that -- at only 12 weeks after surgery -- my range of motion was better than most people after an entire year of 52 weeks. . .!!!!!

WOO HOO!!!!! I'm certain my healing progress is due in large part to my recording of special affirmations that I created and listened to before and after my surgery!! I AM SO GRATEFUL!!!!!

Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know -- I deeply appreciate all your well-wishes!!
