**Bamboo Cloths- Use old towels, clothes torn or cut into rags for cleaning vs paper towels. They are reusable and save $$ whereas paper towels decimate forests for a throwaway item to landfills. They waste $$. (AMAZON for the bamboo towels)

**Prep Foods- To increase time, prep your foods when brining them home from the grocery so they are ready to work into a meal esp when in a hury or tired or can't figure out what to eat. Having ready to go items can possibly make it easier to eat at home vs buying stuff less healthy at a drive through.

**Scam- AI is being used to copy a person's voice and call family of that person and using their voice ask for $$ for some emergency. The voice is real sounding and many ppl have fallen for it. If it asks for $$ through an app or gift cards-it is a scam. To protect family from that have a password only they know and when the AI is asked it will not know and that is the give away. Also it can be a rotating one. It was suggested to use a whole number to be made. The person called says a number ( in the example it is 100) and the real person knows they are to give the number that makes 100. This can be changed for every call that needs security. An example would be : The person called says "80". The caller would know to answer "20" to equal "100" to verify they are real. This is supposed to not be something an AI would know esp when it might change occassionally. Keep safe.
