The following site will be going extinct within about 10 days. It was a project almost 10 years ago aimed at "getting the word out." After I finished site development we woke up to the reality that none of us had the time/energy to add the content and so it languished in the world wide cobweb ever since.

Before it disappears, I thought you would want to see the transcripts that we did add to the site. Many thanks to the handful who helped and got the project that far.
